Booking Terms & Conditions
Confirmation is given after booking in writing. The invoiced amount is due with arrival date.
From December till April the confirmation is subject to a deposit. The open amount of the invoice is to pay by arrival.
All payments via bank transfer should be made without any bank charges for Palm Garden Boutique Hotel .
The rates are subject to change without any prior notice, although rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.
In the case of a cancelation we will handout a voucher valid for one year upon date of arrival. After validity your booking will be refunded with an extracted amount of 23% (16% VAT + 2% Bank Charges + 5% cancelation fee). The cancellation has to be made by the guest personally and in written form to the email of Palm Garden Boutique Hotel.
No refunds are given for cancellation 10 days before the arrival date or departures earlier as planned.
Hygiene Plan
Please note that you will be subject to health checks upon arrival including the taking of your temperature. We ask that you cooperate with our team on the ground to make this process as efficient as possible. Should a member of your party display Covid-19 symptoms kindly inform our stuff immediately and stay in your room until any further note.
Kindly wear a mask if you are moving around in the Hotel or Restaurant. You can buy a mask in our Boutique.
Cancelations from our side
Palm Garden Boutique Hotel reserves the right at any time and at their discretion to make alternations or cancel any accommodation or services that poses a risk due to serious adverse weather conditions, pandemic, epidemic, other serious health risks, other serious security problems, natural disasters, or political unrest. Any extra expense arising out of the cancellation or alteration of accommodation or excursion will fall to the guests.
